This site is provided to describe DanceNest products, contact options, and general studio information. Website content is informational and may be updated as packs, bookings, opening hours, or availability change. By browsing the pages you agree to use the site lawfully and not to copy content for competing commercial use without permission. DanceNest operates from Courtenay Street, Bodorp, George, 6529, South Africa. Descriptions of modern dance, ballet basics, hip hop, Latin rhythm, choreography labs, and community events help customers choose a session; they are not a substitute for attending the studio itself or speaking with the desk. Prices shown for First Steps, Rhythm Pass, and Stage Season are current marketing figures and may be confirmed or adjusted if a pack needs extra coaching, notes, or a different coverage match. Images are illustrative studio photographs and do not guarantee that an identical class will be available on the day you write. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through forms, including usual class length and any booking deadline. These terms apply in addition to any purchase confirmation given by the team. The website does not create an account, a subscription, or an automatic recurring charge unless a pack description says otherwise and you confirm it with staff. Adult visitors should supervise any child who looks at the pages with them. You may not disrupt the site, overload forms, or impersonate the studio. Device compatibility can vary. If a page is temporarily unavailable, try again later or use the footer details. You may dance at the studio, after work, during a break, or simply in the evening after a busy day, but you remain responsible for how you use the rooms and the floor. Nothing on the pages constitutes legal, medical, educational, or investment advice. A hip hop set is entertainment. A recital is not a financial instrument. Customers should tell us about a preferred style, coaching that must stay hidden as a surprise, and any item that should not be included. DanceNest may decline a request that cannot be completed safely, that asks for a studio path outside the stated coverage guidance, or that cannot be finished in the booked window. Opening hours are generally Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 South African Standard Time, and may change on public holidays in South Africa. If a delivery delay or a staff shortage affects the desk, we may postpone a booking and will take reasonable steps to tell affected customers. A First Steps class is not a complete Stage Season window. Rhythm Pass includes a broader mix, and Stage Season includes extra coaching time, yet even a premium set depends on what is actually available that day. This studio is meant for short weekend workshops and longer season reviews. Do not use DanceNest while driving or in any setting where attention is required for safety. Group orders for friends or family should name one adult contact. Late messages after 17:00 are handled on the next working day unless we have agreed otherwise. New styles appear regularly, but a story on the website is not a confirmed hold until the desk says so. DanceNest welcomes first-time dancers and returning students, though some add-ons may be available for extra coaching, including private rooms. If you do not want optional extras, stay with the published class pack. Optional extras are not guaranteed to match a pictured look. Studio rules on the floor may add extra steps that this website cannot override. A group invite inside a class is not a studio appointment. Watch recitals and showcases in real time only when the studio and the network allow it. Training rooms, friendly challenges, and special events may rotate. We do not promise that every look, style, or decorative item will remain available forever. Additional rooms and extra maps are features of the studio, not extra legal licences. If a feature is withdrawn, we will explain the change in plain language when you ask. Your next class is waiting, but the desk still needs a confirmed slot.
Customers are expected to use the site, this dance studio, and the premises lawfully and respectfully. Follow house rules on queuing, waiting areas, and payment when you arrive. We do not promise live minute-by-minute recitals during a blackout, a storm, or a hosting interruption. DanceNest explains classes; it does not control another dancer’s map. Pricing shown on the website is informational and may be updated. Additional charges may apply for extra coaching, premium kits, group quantities, or work that takes longer than the selected tier. A First Steps class at R490 is not a complete interior studio reset. Rhythm Pass at R990 includes a broader mix, and Stage Season at R1490 includes extra finishing time and closer matching. If a customer asks to upgrade after wrapping has started, the team will confirm whether desk time and stock still allow it. Late arrivals may have the slot shortened or moved. Cancellations should be made as early as practical by phone or email. A change of mind after a pack has been fully prepared does not automatically create a refund, especially if staff time or digital bookings have already been used. Unopened products in original condition may be discussed for return according to the policy explained at the desk on the day of purchase. Package names and prices can change; the version confirmed for a particular visit is the one that applies. Payment is due according to the method accepted on the day unless another arrangement was agreed. We do not process card numbers through the public website form. South African consumer rights, including those under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where they apply, are not excluded by these terms. Digital bookings may be non-refundable once delivered to a dancer, except where the law requires otherwise. If a price on a page and a price confirmed by staff differ, the confirmation for that purchase prevails. Stage Season is a seasonal window, not a perpetual licence. We do not automatically transfer a pack to another person without a conversation. Optional extras inside the studio follow the desk on the day. This website does not replace those desk terms. Optional extras are not a lottery operated by the George desk; they are a studio feature described in marketing. Cooling-off rights for distance sales, where they apply, will be explained in plain language when you buy remotely. Nothing here is intended to exclude a right that South African law does not allow to be excluded. Value-added tax, if chargeable, will be stated at the point of confirmation. We do not add hidden destination fees inside this legal text. A newsletter signup is not a paid subscription unless we say so and you agree. If a pack is delayed, we will offer a rearranged slot or a refund of unused studio time where that is fair. Chargebacks should be a last resort after you have spoken with us. We keep a simple receipt so both sides can see what was agreed.
DanceNest aims to keep content accurate and service reliable, but the website does not promise uninterrupted access or identical stock in every circumstance. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from website use, a missed preferred window, or a session of this dance studio that did not match a mood. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under South African law, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Our responsibility is tied to selling the product with due care and skill for the pack purchased, not to making every class session perfect. We are not responsible for how DanceNest is used after it leaves the studio or after it is opened on a phone. If website content conflicts with a direct confirmation from the team, the confirmation for that purchase prevails. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, with the courts of the Western Cape having competence for disputes that must be heard locally, without limiting any mandatory consumer forum. DanceNest may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. For questions, contact the business using the details in the footer. Class results can change after a session is printed. Other dancers can amend maps. DanceNest is not liable for a later correction issued by another teacher.
